Screen printing goes way back, like way back. The Chinese started with silk screens over a 1000 years ago putting paint to cloth.
Even through there are more modern techniques than screen printing, it is still the number one printing method.

Heat transfer printing has come a long way from the iron-on decals. Heat transfer is also known as digital transfer. You will create a logo or design and it is printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using a heat and press.

The process is almost like a tattoo, but instead of for your skin, it’s for your chosen product. The heat opens up the pores of the fabric, then with the applied pressure the ink cools and returns to a solid form.
Sublimation works best with polyester fabrics or poly type surfaces.
